Composting

One of our goals is to reduce our environmental footprint. One of the ways we are doing this is by making all of our shipping packaging home compostable where possible. The following items are able to be put in your garden or compost bin rather than the general waste bin:

• Packaging tape
• Cardboard boxes (Our cardboard boxes are also second hand)
• Labels
• Mailer bags
• Stickers
• Tissue paper
• Bubble wrap

Having these items be compostable at home allows you to properly dispose of the packaging easily. It allows you to enjoy your product completely with none of the guilt of contributing to plastic pollution.

The following items are currently unable to be home composted:

• PCB anti-static bags

These items are soft plastic and are able to be recycled in Australia via the Redcycle program. International buyers should look for a local soft plastic recycle program to drop them off.
